The Idea Garage

Build it better before you build it big
The Idea Garage is a fast-paced, collaborative feedback event where entrepreneurs and creatives bring their early-stage ideas to get clarity, direction, and momentum.

Think of it as your creative garage — a space to pop the hood, tinker, and get your concept road-ready with the help of smart, supportive peers.

What Happens:

  • Each participant shares a quick verbal pitch of their raw or half-formed idea (1–2 minutes, no slides)

  • The facilitator guides the session, ensuring every idea gets heard and every participant gets constructive insight

  • No long backstories or over-explaining — just crisp, honest reactions to help you move forward

  • After all pitches, the group responds with fast, focused feedback based on selected feedback tags.

  • Finally, there’s a brief group reflection, so you can digest what you heard and share takeaways

  • Help me say it better

  • What’s missing from my explanation?

  • Too complicated or too simple?

  • What’s the core of this idea?

  • Is this solving a real problem?

  • Where should I start?

  • Would you use this?

  • Am I solving a real need?

  • Is this niche too small (or too broad)?

Feasibility & Execution

  • Is this doable?

Creative Vibe Check

  • Is this cool or cringe?

💡 Why It Works:

You don’t need a website, a deck, or a finished product. You just need an idea worth exploring — and a community that’s ready to help you shape it. This is the space where messy thoughts become momentum.
The Garage isn’t about perfection — it’s about progress.

You’ll Leave With:

  • Real-time clarity on what’s landing and what’s confusing

  • Direction on what to explore, pivot, or simplify

  • A stronger version of your idea — plus the motivation to keep going

  • Feedback you can review, refine, and revisit

👥 Who It’s For:

  • Creators, founders, and side-hustlers with ideas in early development

  • Anyone sitting on a spark who needs a push

  • People who want input before investing time or money into the next phase

When you join the table, you will receive a welcome packet with templates you can use to help you prepare for this mastermind.

The Elevator Pitch

🗣️ Say It So It Sticks

The Elevator Pitch is a high-energy, focused event where entrepreneurs, creatives, and builders practice delivering a clear, 2-minute pitch — and get structured, thoughtful feedback in return.
Whether you're pitching a new product, service, or personal brand, this session helps you refine your message so it lands with clarity and impact.

What Happens:

  • Each participant delivers a 2-minute timed verbal pitch to the group

  • The pitch is also posted to the platform for written feedback

  • Participants select feedback tags (like “Clarity,” “Audience Fit,” or “Vibe Check”) to guide responses

  • Fellow attendees provide focused written feedback using those tags

  • A facilitator guides the session, keeping energy high and flow smooth

  • After all pitches, there’s a live reflection session to unpack insights, breakthroughs, and next steps

💡 What value will it add for you?

This mastermind focuses on refining — with structure, support, and specificity. By combining live delivery with written feedback, you get sharper insights and more lasting value.

You’ll Leave With:

  • A stronger, clearer pitch you can use anywhere

  • Real feedback you can review, revisit, and apply

  • A deeper understanding of what sticks — and what needs work

  • The confidence to share your idea in any room

👥 Who It’s For:

  • Entrepreneurs preparing to go public

  • Solopreneurs who struggle to explain what they do

  • Side-hustlers wanting to sound more legit

  • Anyone who’s ever said “it makes sense in my head…”

When you join the table, you will receive a welcome packet with templates you can use to help you prepare for this mastermind.

At The Founders Table, we believe everyone deserves to be heard — and that ideas grow faster when feedback flows in both directions.

That’s why we follow a simple, shared commitment:
If you ask for feedback, you give feedback.

Specifically, for every idea you pitch or share, we ask that you thoughtfully respond to at least two other participants.

It’s not a rule. It’s a rhythm.

This practice keeps our space generous, focused, and valuable for everyone who shows up.
You never know — the insight you give might spark your own next big idea.
